Do you have a Guarantee?

Locket Warehouse guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase.  If not, you may exchange or return standard stock items for a full refund, less the cost of shipping within 30 days from purchase date. However, Please note that engraved items may not be returned.  Please shop with confidence. 


What are your payment methods?

Locket Warehouse accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. We also accept personal checks.  However we will not ship your item until your check has cleared.  We also accept USPS Money Orders..
 
Do you gift wrap?
 
We ship all of our items in a free presentation box, with a beautiful gold foil label and tucked inside is an instruction card on lockets as well as a gift card so you can write a special sentiment before giving the gift.  It takes the hassle out of gift wrapping and purchasing a card.  All of our items arrive, ready to give! If you have any special instructions, you can write them in the text entry box on the order form and we will contact you.

Is my information safe online?

Locket Warehouse uses a Secure Server using the highest level of encryption. You may use your credit cards safely and confidently. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you prefer to use a check, send it to the address below, and please allow sufficient time for it to clear before your order is shipped (10 days or more). We also accept USPS Money Orders.

Is there a Customer Service person who can help me?

Can I engrave?

Most items in our collection can be engraved.  Engraving adds a personal touch that tells the recipient of the gift that you went the extra mile - you took the time to engrave something meaningful, just for them!  Click Here for our complete Engraving Guide.

How do I put pictures inside my locket? 

Click here to see our short video on how to put a photo inside your locket.  However if you are short on time or feel you are too clumsy, we offer a Photo Insertion Service for $12.95/per photo.  Just email us the photo and we will crop, cut and insert it into your locket, before shipping.  Therefore your locket arrives ready to give and hassle free!  Request photo insertion service in the shopping cart, when checking out.

Can I return an engraved item?

We regret we cannot accept returns of an engraved item, unless there is a mistake in the engraving that was our fault.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with insurance, if necessary. Insurance is recommended for product over $100. Please return item within 30 days of your order date.  USPS Delivery confirmation is recommended if you want to be sure it arrives here. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to us. Please send the return to the address below. We will process your return as soon as possible and credit your original method of payment, less shipping. We will send you an email confirmation once the item has been credited back.

Can I return a special order?

Some of our items, like our Charles Green lockets, are special order. We require a 50% deposit on these items at the time of the initial order. The balance will be charged just before we ship the locket to you. We regret we cannot accept returns on these special orders.

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates in all denominations.  Simply email us or call us and we can provide one for you.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.  Locket Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Do you ship to my country?

Put your item into the shopping cart and enter your address. All the countries we presently ship to are listed on the drop down menu as you put in the address. If you can’ t find your country, then we probably don’t ship there. However you can also email us or call us to ask.

What are my choices in shipping?

Same Day Shipping

Orders that are received before 12pm EST on weekdays are usually shipped the same day if they do not have engraving or photo insertions. Occasionally fulfilling an order requires several days. We will let you know by email if it will take more than 3 days to ship out. If you have ordered multiple items we will make every effort to ship them together to save you shipping costs. We ship from New Jersey.

Shipping through the USPS.

Our most economical method of shipping (but only for packages weighing less than 10 ounces) is First Class Mail, through the US Postal Service. First Class Mail generally takes 2-5 days to arrive at most US destinations.  If your package weighs more than 10 ounces (this generally applies to multiple items), we will change the method of shipping to Priority Mail and apply an additional cost onto your order.

Priority Mail is quicker than First Class Mail.   Packages sent via Priority Mail can arrive in California as quickly as 2 to 4 days. Packages worth over $150 will require a signature on delivery.  If you are not home, the package will be brought to your post office where you can pick it up.

We also offer Express Mail which will deliver your package in most areas of the US overnight (especially if you live 45 minutes from a major airport).  The longest it should take is 2 days.  The other advantage is that your package can be delivered on a Saturday (without an additional charge) and in many areas, on a Sunday for an additional fee.   Express Mail Items that are heavier than the limit of 8oz. will be charged an additional amount after the order is processed .

Shipping through Fed Ex:

We offer Fed Ex shipping via Fed Ex 2-day and Fed Ex Overnight.  Both methods are available and priced in the shopping cart. They can be used when you need a guaranteed arrival time.  Please keep in mind that if your package requires a signature and you are not home, it may be delayed in getting to you. Shipping 2nd day on a Friday guarantees a Tuesday delivery.  Shipping overnight on a Friday before 2:00 pm EST ensures a Monday delivery.

Shipping Internationally:

We ship internationally either through the US Postal Service with First Class International or through Fed Ex with Fed Ex International Economy and Fed Ex International Priority. First Class International is less expensive (generally $21-$25 for most destinations). However it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.  Fed Ex International (both Economy and Priority) are more expensive yet they arrive in a more timely manner.  Fed Ex International costs run from $30-$50 per package.

Re Duty:  Fed Ex brokers their own duty and will collect it from you when the package is delivered.  For items delivered through the US Postal Service- the duty will be charged by your local customs office at time of delivery.

Shipping to APO addresses:

Yes, we ship to APO addresses through the USPS Postal Service.  For all of our customers who are presently deployed, we offer free First Class Shipping.

What is our Privacy Policy?

We collect your email address solely for the purpose of processing your order and notifying you of the shipment process. We do not sell or exchange,or share your email addresses with any other companies or concerns. If you opt in at the time of ordering, we may occasionally send you emails about our latest specials or coupon deals. Even if you opt out of our email newsletter, approx 10 days after you receive your order we will send you an email asking you to review the product you ordered.
